» View list of all help & support questions What is A+ Membership?The Aminus3 A+ Membership plan has all the features of our free photoblog services plus several value added features. Many of these features are targeted at serious amateur or professional members who want the most amount of control, reporting and quality of their Aminus3 website. In addition to extra features, the A+ membership is a great way for people to give back to the Aminus3 community and support our site by helping us pay for the resources needed to keep Aminus3 thriving. How much does A+ Membership cost?We have created three subscription tiers, 1 month, 3 months and 1 year of membership: 1 month - $5.95 (USD) (All costs are listed in US Dollars.) How do I pay for my A+ Membership?We have integrated a PayPal payment system on your A+ Membership page. If you are a PayPal member, you can pay using PayPal funds or by withdrawing from your bank account, the same as any other PayPal transaction. If you are not a PayPal member you can pay directly using any standard credit card (you are not required to create a PayPal account). Can my PayPal email be different than my Aminus3 email?Yes, there is no problem using a different email address when paying through PayPal. In fact, none of your personal details need to match - Aminus3 communicates with PayPal using a transaction identifier that is not dependent on your Aminus3 account details. Is my credit card stored on Aminus3?We do not handle any payment processing on Aminus3.com. All payment processing (i.e. entering your credit card details) is handled solely by PayPal. At no time does the PayPal.com website communicate your credit card details with Aminus3. Is the payment transaction secure?Yes, PayPal uses HTTPS (an HTTP interaction over an encrypted SSL connection) that encrypts all information sent to PayPal. Read more about your security on PayPal's security center page. So where do I sign up?Surf on over to your A+ Membership page, pick your plan and let the fun begin. How can I tell if I have an active A+ Membership?Your A+ Membership page shows your current A+ Membership status and your expiration date. Help, I've paid but my account is not upgraded... what do I do?First thing to try is to recycle your account. The easiest way to do this is to to change the template, base font, or title font of your site on your account settings page, save, then check your A+ Membership page to see if it's been updated. If this does not correct the problem, contact us as soon as possible. Aminus3 records the PayPal transaction through a number of methods to ensure that your transaction is processed successfully. However, if all else fails, we have the ability to view all PayPal transactions directly through PayPal and we'll get things sorted out as quick as possible. What happens if my A+ Membership subscription expires?If you do not renew your membership, at the end of your subscription period your account will return to its original status (standard Aminus3 account) and you will no longer have access to A+ Membership features. If you are using Google Analytics, you will be able to retain all of your collected data, however, no new data will be collected. You may extend your subscription at anytime before or after your subscription expires. Adding time to your current subscription is always accumulative so you do not have to wait until the last day before renewing your subscription. Aminus3 does not offer automatic re-billing. Members are responsible for paying before their subscription ends to avoid losing their A+ Membership status. A reminder will display on your A+ Membership page starting 10 days before the subscription expires. What if my country is not supported by PayPal?Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer support for people living in a country outside of PayPal's supported country list. If you're very keen to have an A+ Membership account, please contact us and we'll discuss the possibilities. Is it possible to have a refund?Aminus3 does not offer refunds once you have purchased an A+ Membership subscription.
