Nick Passantino from Bronx, United Statesa trademark portrait of yours. love the simple background and the tones throughout 20 Jul 2007 11:56am don from Spokane, United StatesWhat a serious expression. His look and the excellent black and white qualities make an attractive shot. 20 Jul 2007 4:07pm Shrig from United StatesA very fine shot you have here. The framing, b&w, his posture and expression all pulls together very nicely. 20 Jul 2007 4:52pm Olaide from Fort Collins, United Statesinteresting portrait, was the guy mad at you for taking his pic? well It is lovely in B&W. 20 Jul 2007 5:34pm Michael Rawluk from Prince George, CanadaVery elegantly posed and lit. Quite expressive. I love it. 20 Jul 2007 5:50pm Seraphine from San Francisco, United StatesThere is beautiful detail in the shirt. Also a general air of mystery in the photo. It's very well observed. 20 Jul 2007 5:53pm Laurie from New Jersey, United StatesThis is a very powerful portrait. He has a very serious look to him. His crossed arms are making me think that he has a stern disposition. Wonderful tones in the black and white. I might have cloned out some of the things on the wall though. I think they distract from the strength of the photo. 21 Jul 2007 3:45am tw from Malaysiai have to disagree laurie; i think the stuff on the wall really adds to the photo, gives it that sense of mystery and intrigue. imo, anyway. 21 Jul 2007 6:00am Damon Schreiber from Toronto, CanadaVery good. Looks like there's a touch of anger or at least guardedness here. The composition is really effective for this mood - the wall is almost as harsh as his expression. 21 Jul 2007 6:28pm Mike Cash from Kiryu, JapanI agree that the stuff on the wall adds to the portrait. And so does the off-center positioning of the subject. Both elements do a great job of adding to the powerful presence of the gentleman. While the photo may be more technically "correct" without them, it would suffer from their loss. 22 Jul 2007 12:44pm stijn from brugge, Belgiumcool wonderfull portrait ... though it would have been great with a dark background too 23 Jul 2007 8:10pm [terrorkitten] from Bath, United Kingdomstark but I like this one very much...great expression on his face 31 Jul 2007 10:54pm aline from Brazilthanks for visiting my site.
