You said something about cropping away on MY picture, now I do the same about YOURS :-) :-) you cropped away the guy's feet! Nevertheless, very cheerful atmosphere radiates. I like your attention for hard-working people, the glossy people get already enough attention. Without these laborers the engineers and managers would be jobless!
