This is a guy from Nepal working as a security in a condominium. He and one group of his friends came to Malaysia to work to earn some bucks to pursue their Wants and also to marry, you know, gals love cars and money :) They came here to work, because of high education fees in Nepal -> low education levels -> without a certificate to get a high-paid job(even you have to pay certain sum before you get the job along with your cert) oh,and the wages for labors in Nepal is very very low compared to here.He also told me that now Nepal has literally been 'Privatised' :(

i like how you included the surrounding background to tell more about his job! good photojournalistic shot! just a thought - maybe increasing grainyness would increase the photojournalistic feel? :)
good capture!

Job markets around the world are interesting. Nice documentary portrait.
Nice b&w shot bro, good portrait and a willing subject there unlike the earlier one at the squash court. ;-)

Great shot. I like the details surrounding him and that he isn't looking at you.

A story behind the picture - as Nick said, a nice documentary portrait. And also a more willing "model"?

Wonderful portrait-- B & W is perfect with the machinery behind him. Interesting commentary. Nepal has been 'privatised'? What is THAT a code word for these days? Not to get political or anything.
