Standing at my balcony,set my camera with long exposure,then swung it around crazily at the lights from nearby neighbourhood,then surprisingly this was the result ! :-)

Great capture, it seems like you've used some kind of torches and swung them around, since it was done over 7 seconds. Nice shot.

@Dan: yup,I swung my camera around at the lights from a neighbourhood with long exposure at my balcony and the result was surprisingly this :)
